The coaching begins with profiling an Empower Leader, Leader’s assessment process, and then completing a Leader Development Plan. An Empowering Leader Development Plan addresses a Leader's organizational vision, leader and team member development goals, and system, performance, and personal goals. It also covers the needed action steps required to achieve all of these goals. Once completed, a leader will have a clear vision and direction on what she/he wants to achieve on a professional and personal level in life.
